Cousins

We were so happy to have beautiful weather during our recent visit to Gramma and Grampa D's. That meant Reagan and Maggie could run around outside and play! Maggie pushed Reagan around in the Cozy Coupe forever! Reagan loved it. I think both girls slept good that night.

In other news, Reagan continues to amaze us. She absorbs everything you do and repeats anything you say. She started saying "hey guys" and I think it is hilarious. She says it anytime she comes into the room. On the annoying front, she is developed an irrational fear of bugs. Yesterday we were playing outside and she started screaming! I thought she was really injured... but no, just a tiny little bug was on her slide. It is really ridiculous and will make outside adventures a challenge! Hope all is well with you. <3

Making dinner

I have so many new pictures to put up and haven't found the time, so excuse me while I catch up with posting! This week is spring break (thank goodness) so I will try to post the recent happenings soon.

Tonight, we were making lasagna for dinner. Since it involved cheese, Reagan was very interested in helping. She did a great job and really didn't make too much of a mess. We haven't eaten it yet, so we'll see how it turned out! Here are some photos of the big helper.

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

On Saturday morning, we took Reagan to the highschool for breakfast with the Easter Bunny. We weren't sure what she would think of the bunny, but we thought it was worth a shot. At first, she was really nervous and squeezing onto me. But she warmed up and wanted to keep checking on the bunny and was shouting across the room "Hi bunny!". Well, even though she liked the bunny from afar, she wouldn't sit with him. We didn't force her; why go through the drama?! Here are some photos from the day...

Happy b-day to me and some updates

First, I totally apologize for the lack of new photos. I am super lazy and the camera needs new batteries (which of course, we don't have). So I guess I will just have to post an update of the recent happenings.

Today is my 26th birthday! Aside from the fact that I had vomiting children at school, I had a lovely birthday. The sun was out, my mom/dad/hally bought me dinner, and Nic and Reagan got me a manicure and massage!! Also, I had a doctor appointment. I got to hear the new baby's heartbeat for the third time. His? heartrate was 150-160. Everything is going well!! The baby must be growing because my belly is getting ridiculous already. I am just so happy that the pregnancy is going well.

Speaking of the new baby, I suppose my gender prediction right now is boy. With Reagan, I was so sure she was a girl from the very beginning. This time, I am not as confident. I think it could be because I don't want to be wrong. :) My pregnany is similiar so far, but not identical. Although I know that means nothing. In May we will find out for sure! What do you think??

Reagan is such a lover. She gives constant hugs and kisses. She loves to cuddle and sit in your lap. I LOVE it! She is obsessed with the sink and washing her hands. I can not even begin to count all the words she knows and phrases she says. It is truly amazing to watch her grow. She will be a wonderful big sister!

A typical Reagan conversation

As you know, Reagan is a little chatterbox. I thought I would share some recent conversations. :)

We were walking into Target...

mommy: Do you want me to walk fast or slow?
Reagan: yes
mommy: Which one?
Reagan: two

We were eating breakfast...

mommy: Reagan, do you want water, juice, or milk?
Reagan: yes
mommy: Which one?
Reagan: two, three, four

Musical talent

Reagan has always been a musical child. She started sitting with daddy to play the drums when she was about 4 months old. She loves to dance, listen to music, and help daddy play the guitar and drums. For her birthday, Grammar and Gramper got her a little instrument set. Since then, she wants mommy and daddy to play the harmonica for her. Until now... now she figured it out herself.

I leave you with her musical talent...

Time for an update

As those of you with toddlers know, uh-oh is a huge source of entertainment! Most of the time, Reagan causes the uh-oh to happen. So these pictures show a little crayon spill. We have been working on cleaning up messes. Usually we clean up, then dump them right back out!

Crayon boxes are not kid friendly. Glad-Ware is much more efficient.
