10 months old!

We celebrated Reagan's 10 month birthday with her first ice cream cone!! She really enjoyed it. It was a refreshing treat on a extra warm day!

Walking video

I took another video of Reagan walking.  She is quite impressive.  Boone was dying to be part of the video too!  Ignore the baby toys all over the floor!  We are still working on how to put them back into the basket.   :)

Long time no blog!

I have no excuse for my lack of blogging.  We have just been busy as always.  I am looking forward to this weekend, we have minimal plans and the weather is supposed to be gorgeous!

Reagan is growing up too quickly.  She will be TEN months old on Saturday.  That is almost a year old already!  I get so sad when I think of her going to kindergarten and growing up.  I like it now, when mommy and daddy are her world.  *sigh* I know she won't be little forever, I will just have to deal with it.  

Reagan walks around with a "phone" at all times!  The other day, she had a sock up to her ear babbling away!  She is starting to say "hello" now too.  We are definitely in for it... she is going to be a toddler demanding a cell phone.  Haha (I laugh out of fear...)

Random Reagan and some photos

Reagan is currently getting her third tooth!  The first two came at the same time about a month ago.  Now we are working on a bottom one.  Poor girl, no wonder she hasn't been sleeping well.

When we took Reagan to her 9 month doctor appointment, her pedi said she was "very advanced".  She continues to be our little prodigy!  This weekend, she started to pretend like she is talking on the phone (according to developmental checklists, this is a 18 mo+ skill :)).  She will carry around phone-like objects on her shoulder and just babble.  She always starts her convo with a very high-pitch "hiiiii".  It is adorable and hilarious. 

Big achiever!

Reagan started clapping today!!  Last week she started saying "yaaaay!" and now she has the clapping to match.

Its adorable.  I will try to capture a photo for you.  Tonight, she was clapping for Boone when he caught his toy.  She is just such a sweetie.

Happy Easter!

Reagan had a very busy first Easter. We went to 4 different places to enjoy the company of family and friends. She did very well with all the new faces. We were glad to be able to spend time with the people we love! At the end of the day, we were definitely ready to come home and relax!

Making friends...

Today we went to Uncle Dave and Aunt Nancy's for a birthday celebration. Reagan had a lot of fun playing with her new friends (third cousins?)! She is really interested in other kids. I think we have a social butterfly in the making!

My favorite sound...

Reagan's laugh makes mommy and daddy laugh every time. She is such a happy baby! Her feet are incredibly ticklish!!

EDIT:: When I looked at the post, I can't hear any sound. Can you? I am not a "techie", so I will do my best to figure it out!

We love bathtime!

Reagan loves bathtime. We always give her a bath around 7, if we are a few minutes late, she definitely lets us know! She loves to just splash and play with her toys. And of course, she always has to suck her washcloth!!

And now....

This was Reagan's last time in her "baby tub". Now we give her a bath in the actual bathtub. She loves it, much more room to splash around. Our only challenge is, she wants to stand up! Way too dangerous.

Spring has sprung!

We are welcoming the warm sunny days with open arms!! Reagan absolutely loves to be outside. So we took advantage of the sun and spent the afternoon outside. Reagan was very greatful to have grammar and gramper here to play with!

The easter bunny brought me a swing (and he came a little early!)

Busy girl...

In case you didn't know... Reagan started walking last week. At 9 months old, we are not ready for this!! She is getting better everyday. She (so far) has fallen gracefully, but I am sure we are in for some injuries! We have been padding the corners of everything and installed gates to limit her access to the dog food and stairs.  The ottoman is like home base, she always crawls to it to help herself stand up.

Best buddies

Boone and Reagan are good buddies. They love to share toys.... well actually, Reagan loves to share Boone's toys. I guess the gross, slobberiness of them is appealing to her! Here is some photographic evidence of their friendship!

To welcome you all.... here are some new photos of our precious Reagan. She is growing up way too fast. Everytime I look at her, I am shocked by how much she has grown and changed. Being a mommy is truly amazing.
